Funding for developers
Thrive has 30 years’ experience getting projects built and operational, from onshore wind and solar to battery storage and geothermal.
We can help you meet your project objectives
Some developers want to remain involved after a project is up and running, choosing to retain full or part ownership. Others may require funding for a pipeline of projects, want to release capital by selling the project in its entirety or are simply looking for short-term finance to help move the project on.
We consider investments in a range of sustainable energy technologies. If the project meets our investment criteria, we’ll work with you to determine the best funding approach.
We work collaboratively with developers to plug funding gaps and get clean energy projects built.

Acquisition
We can purchase the project outright, allowing you to move onto your next opportunity.
Co-investment
We can either come on board as the sole funding partner, or alongside other public or private sector partners, providing the capital and experience to help you achieve your objectives.
Lending
We can provide a short or long-term loan to get your project constructed, into operation and delivering impact.
