Business ethics
The principles of sustainability and transparency underpin every decision we make as an ethical business.
As a proud B Corp, we only invest in clean energy projects that deliver significant impact, reducing carbon emissions, contributing to the UK’s net zero targets and ultimately helping to tackle the climate emergency.
We have voluntarily adopted the Quoted Companies Alliance governance code, a recognised framework for high standards of governance and transparency, and we regularly report on and communicate our performance to investors and the wider industry.
Achieving net zero by 2030
Thrive pledges to reach net zero emissions by 2030 via our commitment to the SME Climate Hub, a non-profit global initiative that empowers small to medium sized companies to take climate action and build resilient businesses for the future.
Protecting biodiversity
We carefully consider our impact on nature, aiming to conserve and enhance the biodiversity at our wind, solar and battery storage sites.
Our biodiversity policy commits us to supporting long-term sustainable development and we intend to go above and beyond legal requirements with voluntary initiatives tailored on a site-by-site basis.
Procurement and supply chain
The dignity and wellbeing of everyone involved in manufacturing equipment for our clean energy projects is of paramount importance to us.
We’ve taken conscious steps to ensure we’re making well-informed decisions in the production and procurement of clean energy infrastructure.
